Christina Abi Rafeh, a young yoga instructor and humanitarian worker, founded the “Fei” space in the Aley area of Mount Lebanon, together with a group of her friends. This space blends nature, art, and culture, offering an open environment for mental well-being and connection with oneself and others.

Christina says she created this place to offer a space for anyone who longs for moments of stillness and connection with themselves and the nature around them. She notes that people sometimes lose access to such settings where they can be with themselves and their loved ones in the heart of nature.

The existence of this initiative in Aley holds particular significance. Although the area is rich in natural beauty, it lacks spaces that combine tranquility, reflection, physical activity, and artistic expression all in one place.

“Fei” organizes diverse activities including yoga, meditation, arts, and physical and psychological activities, aiming to foster a community that values simplicity and a deep relationship with nature.

The video highlights Christina’s personal journey and her vision for a project that combines what she loves and what she believes in. It offers a sincere model of a local initiative that connects people with the land, the self, and the community.
