From Akkar, Anthony Khoury speaks about a relationship with the land that began early in his life and grew alongside him after war took him away from his dream of becoming a judge. From the Lebanese Army to farming, he found in the land more than a source of food—it became a way to protect his health and his family’s, while holding on to his dignity and love for his country.
