Nicola Khairallah is an elderly man who believes that everything deserves a second chance at life.
He is a member of the "Glass Bank" cooperative, where he collects used glass and sterilizes it using a method he learned from a book gifted to him by a dear friend who has passed away, leaving a lasting presence within its pages.
He stores homemade preserves in the sterilized glass for reuse, giving materials a new life instead of letting them become waste.
Today, Nicola is striving to transform his small home workshop into a green, environmentally friendly facility, believing that sustainability is a way of life before it is a choice.
